yo poker i ignored them by advice from here and received two or 3 letters, even though i got caution i ignored them and they didnt get back in touch, also if they got ya name wrong im sure there will be a get out clause somewhere if you ask some of the helpful lads on here

hi hopefully someone out there can answer my question because every time i ask someone i get varying answers. well i had medical in january to assess my incapacity i suffer from realy bad depression i needed 10 points and only got 7 so i was classed able to work.before i go on ,before i went in for the medical my son gave me a small rcorder and told me to switch it on secretly so we could listen to it later for obvious reasons well when i recieved my results of the medical the examining doc had told blatant lies i only needed 3 more points to pass and im sooo bleeding frustrated cos iv got the tape proving that he lied.this made my mind up to appeal against the decision and iv been on reduced money since january i owe a budgeting loan so i pay £10 for that and i get £43 to live on i live on my own but iv coped so far my tribunal date was last week but i was so ill i couldnt even get out of bed i cant describe how bad i feel sometimes.i recieved another date for tribunal for october.what i want to know is if i pass tribunal will i get benefit backdated and also could i use tape for evidence even if i dont pass i feel like giving it to a reporter or something .this must happen loads of times as i said its very frustrating.

wow every one has forgotten about my original post!!! drysden haven.t wrote back, only 2 letters and that was 2-3 month ago. i think ill forget about them.... THANK YOU every one for your advice

HI I HAVEN'T POSTED THREADS BEFORE SO BEAR WITH ME, A MONTH OR SO AGO I WAS, RIGHTFULLY, ARRESTED AND CAUTIONED FOR SHOPLIFTING IN ASDA-A BAG OF FROZEN MUSSELLS (????) , A £3.99 BOOK AND SOME HAM...- I BOUGHT THE REST OF MY SHOPPING COMING TO £20+ I WAS ISSUED PENALTY FINE WHICH IM PAYING IN INSTALLMENTS, AS IM ON BENEFITS FOR SOCIAL PHOBIA,ANXIETY ETC I WAS PRETTY SCARED BUT POLICE WERE FINE WITH ME AND I LEARNED MY LESSON, ANY HOW I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM DRYDEN'S SOLICITORS ACTING ON BEHALF OF ASDA AND WANT £150 FOR SECURITY COSTS. IF I DO NOT PAY WITHIN 7 DAYS,WHICH HAS PASSED,IT WILL GO UP BETWEEN £80-£150 FOR COURT COSTS. IM TOO SCARED TO RING THEM AS I'VE READ ON HERE THEY'RE "AGGRESSIVE BULLIES" . I ADMITTED THE OFFENCE. IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO? IM WORRYING LOADS OVER IT AS THE THREAT OF BAILLIFFS ATTENDING AND CCJ ETC IS KINDA BAD, ESPECIALLY AS I LIVE WITH MY MUM!!
