  1. Thomas cook have now pointed out in the small print of the terms and conditions. You are at libity to reschedule the out bound flight but not the return flight. Which I find strange and never come across this when I have rescheduled flights home with other companies
  2. I understand to reschedule or change your on line booking costs £37 what is the deadline for any changes to the departure or return flight dates. Explanation I had to reschedule my return flight home and was told by the resort Thomas Cook rep That I coudnt and had to by a new ticket at a cost of £300. On my return home in April I canceled my on line return flight so Tomas Cook could resell that ticket. I subsequently learnt I could of changed on line for £37 So the information I was given by the resort rep was wrong . At the time I thought it wrong As i have rescheduled before with other airlines at a nominal charge. So I got the rep to put in writeing. So as I say I contacted Tomas Cook and asked for the £300 to be refunded in April To date (End of August) there have been many delays in responding to my letteres. All they have said it does not come under there Terms and Conditions. My augument is the Terms and conditions dont apply as I was given wrong information.. So my question is can anyone clarify what the rules are regarding on line bookings and dead lines for any changes Thanks in advance
