thanks for taking the time to reply im just worried incase i cant get out of this but i keep thinking since the guy forgot to get me to sign a part of the aggrement that would be the only way out as technically i havent really signed it just one of two parts x

hi was just wondering if any one could help me with brighthouse im a single mum who trying to stand on my own 2 feet went to brighthouse to get a washing machine this item is due to be delivered on monday 17th august 2009 i have made 2 payments already but my mum has said that she will buy me a washing machine as she doesnt want me to take a chance that i will get into debt i first signed my aggrement on the 6th august but the man phoned me this morning to tell me that he forgot to get me to to sign something im not sure what it was sumthing to do with the agreement what are my rights in cancelling this item please help asap x
