Hi I recently had an OP to remove a cist and after that I went for regular checks to my GP. GP had some concern and they called up the operating hospital but they said all is fine. Now the cut they made to remove the cist healed up but the OP has left 2 holes in my skin and I had a post op checkup with the hospital and they admit that something did not go right and they need to do a repair job which means another OP. Can someone advise if I can claim against this as its going to waste more of my time etc etc etc etc:( Thanks
