Hi, just seeking some advise, have spent the last hour scouring this forum and found I'm not alone. In the past month I've received 4 letters from 'Cabot' with regards to an outstanding debt from Halifax. I've only recently read them as I've been away for a while, and they range from 'please call to arrange repayment' to ' you've not responded this will happen next' to one today, saying please contact asap. I recently dealt with Capquest, with regards to a Halifax debt, which was agreed and settlement figure payed, now I havt to deal with this rubbish again!? Not contacted them until I get some advice, as they seem a bit 'dodgy'. How do I send a CCA request, and should I go through OFT 1st????????? Please help, many thanxs in advance, Rob
