yes, all charges are for unpaid direct debits!!! Have stopped payments so will have to wait and see what jbdr do next. The guy that i spoke to wasnt very nice, you would think i owed him the money personally!!!!

OK, here goes. I started a repayment plan to JBDR last month with the original creditor being RBS. Then i discovered this debt was made up of bank charges!!! 380 quids worth!!! And they are just under 6 years old. I contacted rbs direct and they are sending me out statements which could take 4 weeks, when recieve these then i can challenge them, problem is when i told jbdr that my payments would stop until the matter was resolved (either way) they said i would be better off paying because 1) it could take years to get my charges written off and 2) if i stop making payments then they will start more proceedings against me. Dont know what to do for the best, dont mind paying off debts but i refuse to pay bank charges!!!!!!!
