Hello. I'm new on here. I've been pretty much harrassed by Roxburghe for a while now and not sure what to do about it. I can't afford to pay back the £580 I owe (from Next) and I'm losing sleep over it every night. I can't even answer my phone anymore. I've had a letter today saying unless I pay the full amount within 7 days, I'll be passed on for further action. I wish I could just write this off, but I'm pretty much living hand-to-mouth at the moment whilst trying to pay other stuff off. It helps a little bit at least that I know I'm not alone in this situation and I've managed to find this forum. I think I'll read as much as I can and work out how to get out of this...
