  1. thanks for that mate, i called and got the ball rolling, i hope. had a little go on the spreadsheet last night with the one agreement i have, the monthly premiun for PPI 26.96 payable over 48 mths. so would i claim for 48* 26.96 + the total of the 8% interest that the marvelous bit of kit works out for you if the loan was repayed in full? however they closed my account and some of the loan is still withstanding. (which i will repay) so do i just claim for the actuall payments that i made, say for example 15 * 48 plus 8% on payments made. any advice is greatly appreciated thanks dave
  2. ok thanks mate, i'll give them a call.

Ilook forward to hearing from you in the first instance of receipt. i wouldv'e thought that covered everything. I sent an sar back in 2009 and all i recieved was the loan agreement from my most recent loan in 2007 and an apology for not being able to find documentation another two loans, one taken in 2000 and one 2004. which is probably why i didnt follow it through. cheers guys dave
  5. Hello guys. I have just had a response from the Natwest to the SAR i requested on the 15/05/2012. basicly all they given me is a small table of the 6 loans i have taken out since 1995. which includes start date of loan, account number & sort code, the amount of the loans, closing dates, and the insurance premium (at outset of the loans). I think this is just a way of delaying the process as it says its only a summary, and if i still require a full SAR or copies of the agreement to send back the £10 payment and to let them know what i need. dont get me wrong but wasn't that covered in the original SAR! Dont i need to know the APR, the monthly payments etc. The total sum of PPI paid is £5735.00 plus the 8% interest and without the information i have no idea how to work it out. Is there a template letter i can send them, or is there anyone else who has dealt with this situation out there that can give me some advice on my next move. any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys. dave
  6. Thanks for the advice. I just printed LBA off, let you know what happens. cheers Dave
  7. I think 1 was in 2002 and the other was possibly 98 or 99.
