  1. Hey everyone, I'm brand new to this but I would love to have some advice on what I can do with capital one credit cards which have been in my family for years at a wonderful 30%. My brother is also unable to pay his credit cards due to not having a job and is now in a payment plan with them, and my mum's payments don't make much of a dent in her balance. I have done some reading and I work in a company which has a branch dealing with unenforceable credit agreements, so it's sparked interest. I'm not willing to pay massive amounts of money to have someone do this for me when there is so much info and help here for free. Can anyone advise me on how I can get these debts written off? I know I have to request a copy of the original agreement but that's my first hurdle where I get stuck Any advice would be greately appreciated. Ajay
