Hi folks , just thought i would pop in and post up my claim details. Having seen martin lewis on the TV Re Unfair bank charges, and being a user of his web site (It's my home page actualy) I was directed here. Using your letter templates i started the ball rolling in Early June 2006 . Hsbc gave me all the Bank Statments free of charge within 2 weeks. i asked for my money back on the 28th june . and today i recieved the attached letter........... hsbc - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting So i asked for £419.50 and got £375.00 That will do for a couple of hours work i think. If they owed me loads more and offered loads less i would fight it ..but for the sake of £45.00 8) I can not be bothered. I would like to say many thanks to all who put this site together, and hope that every one gets paid like i have. also i have made a donation to this site:) Cheers people and have a great time spending YOUR money
