  4. Hi i attended my appeal hearing on friday last week and the DWP didnt turn up the judge was going to precide anyway without them until i mentioned that in my 2nd interview under caution my REP. was told that they carried surveilance out on my property and this had proved inconclusive, the judge said that this was very relevant in my case and that he wanted to contact the DWP to ask about the surveilance and why it was not included in their paperwork for the tribunal.I am now awaiting another date for the tribunal hearing , does anyone know why the judge would have adjourned my hearing to conta

  9. 7 months after the interview under caution and awaiting the date for tribuanal, this week(19/10/09). the fraud investigation team visited my freinds mothers home to request a statement from her regarding the home address of my freind, after seeking legal advice she was advised to decline their offer of a statement as she felt she didnt want to be involved in a fraud case and possible court summons. My question to you is WHY if the tribural have all the evidence they(dwp)are still delving to gain more evidence against me?Thanks in advance.
  10. no his mother is married, and doesnt claim any supplement for council tax, i am not in a relationship i have suffered with fibromylagia for 8yrs so my main priority is my own health and the welfare of my 3 children.
  11. as far as i am aware he has always worked since leaving school and never claimed any benefits.his mother does not claim any benefits as she has always worked too.
  12. The only letters he has got at his address(mothers) is inland revenue letters dated back to 2006 up until present day, wage slips, bank statements come to my address, as explained in a different post when he applied for his present job 8yrs ago my address is 3 miles nearer to his workplace so i allowed him to use my address(he doesnt drive and has to cycle to work) then when he opened a bank account his only form of i.d was his wage slips so he used these to open his bank account with my address again.
  13. hi at the appeal will the officers who interviewed me in the I.U.C be present or will it be someone else from the DWP?
