  1. Took out a MBNA on my graduation day in 1998. A short while later i was badgered by an MBNA representative on the phone to take out PPI insurance. I distinctly told him i didnt need it and his parting words were "I'll add it on and you can just write in and cancell it" and put the phone down whilst i was saying NO... Anyway, at the time i was employed and didnt have much cc debt but over everytime i spoke to MBNA i kept asking for this to be taken off. Now some years later i am a self employed contractor, which i understand makes PPI irrelevant? MBNA knows this yet they still charge me. Do i have a case? i) Originally, for the badgering of having the PPI taken out? ii) or just since i'm self employed?? iii) what is the process? I do not know how much over the last 20 years odd they have charged me?? So dont know how much to claim for?? Any help greatly appreciated... p.S The address i have for them is POLICY CLAIMS Mbna CHESTER BUSINESS PARK WREXHAM ROAD CHESTER CH49YR Is this correct?
