thats great, what do I need to do for the scedule of charges which you include with the letter? and I know its overlimit charges and late payment charges which you claim for but what interest do you add to that? thanks again maroondevo52.

Hello peeps, just needing a little help as im so confused I have 2 Cap1 cards both now over the limit and I am constantly being harassed by phone calls. I have done the usual and sent off the first letters reguarding signed aggrement etc and got the usual rubbish back, have sent a harrasment letter but all they said was that it was acceptable for them to keep phoning as both accounts are over limit (5 times a day is not what I call acceptable!!) have also sent a sar letter and received all details back but I just dont know what to do from now?? I have also just filled out a form for reduced payments and interest/charges stopped, will post that tomorrow. I just have no idea about what form I need to fill out to start the ball rolling reguarding claiming charges, I know you can reclaim overlimit and late payment charges but what do I do about interest?? any help please
