  1. Thanks for your reply. I filled in the N150 as per the sticky on this site. So is there anything else I need to know?
  2. I returned the N150 form and now I have received a letter from the court titled Notice of Directions Hearing. It says '15 minutes has been allowed for a Directions Hearing. Please note this case may be released to another judge, possibly a different court.' Can anyone advise me what this is about and what will happen at the hearing? Thanks.
  3. Thanks for the links. I will get reading.
  4. No. But basically I have never received a CCA from MBNA who then sold the debt on to CL finance, who are now taking me to court. I am filling in the N150, which I have to send by Thursday.
  5. Thanks for your reply. The case has already been transferred to my local court. I looked on the ministry of justice website about pre-action protocols and none of the 10 protocols apply to my case, am I missing something? Also I am not sure what directions I should include from the draft given in the sticky.
  6. MBNA have not supplied me with a CCA and then they sold the debt on to CL Finance. After several months of telling them that I have yet to be sent a CCA I was issued with court papers. I am now defending myself and am about to fill in an N150 form. I have read the sticky about filling in this form and would like to know what the next step is likely to be. i.e. will the court take any notice of it?
  7. Sorry for the delay in responding. I was querying the fee of £1,500, but I phoned the court and they told me that that is only if I was the claiment. It doesn't make that clear on the form.
  8. Thanks for your reply. Do you mean what is the fee in connection with?
  9. I have been reading threads about this. Things I am not sure about are: The finance company has never supplied me with a CCA, but what if the judge asks do you owe the money? What should I answer? Am I right in thinking that I have to pay an allocation fee of £1,500.
