Hello every one I am a new member, with a debt problem as the title suggests. I have managed various debt collectors up to now who have been ok, but have come up against Mercers and Triton now who seem to be not ok. Does any one have any info regarding my position in respect of English law while in ROI? Do I still need to go through the same process as advised in other threads? Thanks.
