Hi all, I'm new here and have tried searching the forums and FAQs for info, but find myself getting more and more confused! What charges exactly are claimable from HSBC? I understand from the FAQ that "Total Charges" are claimable - does this mean EVERY charge they have made on my account? I find it hard to believe that none of their charges are legitimate. The only charges that are applicable to me are Unauthorised Overdraft, ATM and Interest. Can I claim for all of these? Any help appreciated, thanks in advance!
