Can you help please. I have found paperwork which i signed on a motorway services to get a AMEX card. In the section for ppi i have not signed anything. I have looked through my last 5 yrs statements and have found i have been paying ppi. 1. Can i claim? 2. Do i ring amex or write or both? 3.
