I've been trying very hard to make sense of all that read on here but to be honest it all seems a bit dis-jointed (or that could be the way I'm reading something then following links to more information) What I need (if possible) is for someone to please point me towards the thread that lets me know what to do for a couple of things (which hasn't helped my reasearch as I jump from one to the other depending on an interesting point in a thread): Bank charges - do I need a subject access request first or do I just file a calim? Credit Cards - Barclaycard and Vanquis for me and Capital 1 for the missus PPI - I have a ppi on a credit card that I just dodn't even realise was there until I started reading this lot (I know, I know, there's one born every minute but hey I try....)
