  1. I am due to be made redundant in the next couple of weeks. I would like some advice on 2 things. 1. The notice period on my contract is 1 month, and this was written in 2005. Since then, all employees who have joined and transferred internally in the org are on a 3 month contract. Even my manager was confused when he saw 1 month in severance pay offered to me. Do you know if its worth fighting for 3 months pay. Do I have any rights? 2. Can anyone provide advice to me on what i can do to get the best severence pay? I currently have a company car, fuel card, health benefits, pension and the company have part paid for my CIM qualification. I would really appreciate any advice.... Many thanks in anticipation.
