  2. thank you , yes Erika, she is to continue at school for at least another year.
  3. Hi folks, was wondering if anyone could help.. my daughter recently turned 16 in july, to which the child benefit office sent a letter to which i confirmed she would be staying on at school. but they said something about i had to declare if she worked over a certain amount of hours . she currently is contracted at work for ..12 week but during holidays etc does overtime ..does any one know how many hours she is allowed to work before i have to declare??? thanks for any advice.
