Hi folks, was wondering if anyone could help.. my daughter recently turned 16 in july, to which the child benefit office sent a letter to which i confirmed she would be staying on at school. but they said something about i had to declare if she worked over a certain amount of hours . she currently is contracted at work for ..12 week but during holidays etc does overtime ..does any one know how many hours she is allowed to work before i have to declare??? thanks for any advice.
