  1. thank you so much... we really are at the end of our tether, we have been given the runaround by this firm and the C.A.B and now are worried.
  2. Right where to start?, The mrs got clocked a years ago withouty a T.V licence and got a 120.00 fine and was given a payment card for the courts, she had paid 60.00 off in one lump sum on the card then phoned the courts and advised them that with being on the dole we would make a payment to pay off the debt in full at the end of April, In the middle of april we made a £10.00 payment then it was sent back in a cheque and we were informed it had been sent to bailiffs . We contacted the C.A.B and they called the bailiff firm to ask them to send it back to the courts so we could get it cleared up and they agreed. However at the end of april a demand came for the sum of £140.00 to cover the outstanding sum and bailiff fee's... back to the C.A.B we go... they contacted the firm again and and they were told that the mrs was pregnant and we had no means of paying this AND that they themselves had agreed to send the case back to court. They said that they would hold the charges and send no one to the address to enforce this matter because the Mrs is classed as vulnerable.. Then on the 21st of may came another demand through the post now they want £290.00 .. so we went back to the C.A.B... they requested the tapes of previous conversations regarding this matter to be sent to the C.A.B and to wait on enforcement after an investigation by the C.A.B's solicitors. We nor the C.A.B have heard anything... then when we were out on saturday and we came home to find a warningf card that if we did not pay the full amount within 2 days they would come and gain entry with a locksmith to remove goods from the property. ___________________________________________ heres what the Marston Enforcement officers card read FOA ................ I MR DAVIS ATTENDED YOUR ADDRESS TODAY ON BEHALF OF LIVERPOOL MAGISTRATES COURTS THE AMOUNT OUTSTANDING TODAY IS £290.00 I HAVE BEEN REFUSED ENTRY AT THE ADDRESS AND BELIEVE YOU ARE WILFULLY TRYING TO AVOID ME YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THERE EXISTS A POWER UNDER SCHEDULE 4A OF THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ACT, CRIME AND VICTIMS ACT TO ENABLE US TO ENTER YOUR PROPERTY BY FORCE , USING LOCKSMITHS WHERE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THIS WARRANT. I WILL BE ATTENDING YOUR PREMESIS WITH A LOCKSMITH WITHIN 2 DAYS TO CONCLUDE THIS MATTER. I WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO USE THE ABOVE POWERS IF NECASSARY. TO AVOID THIS ACTION CONTACT ME IMMIDIATELY ON 07894 584632 now I am not lying the BY FORCE is highlighted and bigger text than the rest Back to the C.A.B and they spoke to the collection agent who told the C.,A.B your lucky we didnt take the car off the drive on saturday!! and next time they come they will just force entry. now the C.A.B told us to pay the full amount and seek compensation... Now we cannot afford to pay this in full as I am still out of work until next week and I dont have the means to pay right away. We offerd £50.00 a week but he refused point blank and said if you can not pay the sum in full we WILL remove goods from your property. Then tonight I phoned the Enforcement officer Mr Davis who had left his number on the card and he was a total ****, I was explaining the sittuation and he tolds me to shut the **** up... and its tuff. I was being as polite as possible and I was trying to explain and he kept butting in then had his outburst. I totally lost the plot I told him to come to our property and he better bring the polive as I will burn his cars out and give him the hifding of his life.. not for all the **** but for speaking to me like a total ******. I know I shouldnt have lost it but he was so obtuse and telling me its tuff and shut the **** up in my mind is offensive and agitates a agresive responce. what on earth should we do as the c.a.b have ended up bringing us more into debt with thier wait and see attitud. we took thier advice... and look where it has got us
