  2. Thank you for your help I am getting increaslying anxious that the levy would be enforced and stop my OH being able to commence work again, I have managed to cover his time off so far but don't hink I would be able to keep doing so as have cut all essentials out already and made deals with other prioirity debtors.
  3. Hi Please could anybody advise me around an issue of a levy on a van that is needed in the course of my husbands work. He has had a warrant agaist him from a creditor that we went to court with over 9 times and had a counter claim against, unfortuently my husband had a bad accident and our compay sole trader was closed, all the court letters after this went to the business address. He then recieved a warrant from the baliff, he cannot afford to pay this as has not worked for over a year and we have a young baby to keep, we have been advised that we could go back to court but again this costs money. The baliff now had placed a levy on my husbands van which he will need to for work in a months time and carries his work things i.e. cement mixers etc. The van is also in my name before the levy was placed on the van, can the baliff still remove the van, I have written and provided a copy of the log book. Any advice would be appreciated
