Hi Silverfox1961 It was a personal loan I had taken out. When I found it difficult to repay, I contacted Citizens Advice who arranged through the bank, for me to repay a certain amount each month which I was doing.

Hi everyone I have just received a letter from Iqor asking for full payment of an outstanding Bank of Scotland debt that I was paying as agreed, through Blair, Oliver & Scott. Blair, Oliver & Scott returned my standing order out of the blue and passed the debt on to Iqor without telling me and I was wondering why. Do companies just pass debts on to one another or are there guidelines for this. I was quite happy just paying the agreed amount to Blair, Oliver & Scott but now Iqor are asking for the payment in full and threatening legal action. Please help.
