  1. Both me and my partner will possibly be sacked and the only benefit we currently get is chb.Baby is 15 weeks old.
  2. Hi, So in the case that they impose a sanction what am I to do ?As that would mean neither me or my partner would recieve JSA.How would we afford rent (Housing benefit only covers so much of my monthly rents) and to feed ourselfs, our children, pay bills ? Thanks

Hi, My partner and I work for a Local Authority and and we have both been suspended from work 6 weeks ago due to sending of emails and internet use.We have the hearing in a few weeks and I am preparing myself for the worst.If we are both sacked will we get JSA ? We have a baby and a 7 year old so Im very concerned with what we are going to live on, we have one more payday left but most of that will go to debts etc. Im aware its all our own fault but if anyone can give us some advice re benefits that would be a great help. Hi Last year I received a letter from Mackenzie Hall stating that I owed £750 for a Barclays Credit Card (I had one credit card in the past which was fully paid and was Capital One not Barclays) I rang the company and asked for a true copy of the alleged agreement, they told me they did not have to do this. Therefore I sent them a letter on 28th May 2008 stating that under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 they had to supply me with a copy of the agreement within 30 days or If they fail to validate the debt within this period, then I am no longer liable to pay the debt.   9. Hi, I sent the letter requesting the agreement on 30.06.09 recorded delivery and have yet to get a reply.How long do they have to reply ?and what do I do now as I need this removing off my credit report ?
