Help! Ive enquired at work about my personal loan with the Yorkshire Bank, its in mine and my partners name, im an employee therefore get a rate of 6.9% over 7 years. Have 14k outstanding and the banking advisor has told me that once i leave employment that the APR will revert back to what i was orignally quoted if i were not staff. Nobody told us about this during the application, and now I want to leave this employment and it appears i cant afford to!!! Any advicew would be greatly appreciated
