Hi everyone, I wonder if it would be possible for someone to give me some advice on what I can do please. I have been working on the night shift as a fettler for a number of years, and due to sickness which has forced the day shift tig welder to retire early, my employer wants me to go on days and fill his position, with a loss of my shift allowance, and no basic pay increase, my question is can they do this.
