Hi Maroon Dont understand what im doing wrong, have read up on photobucket. I scanned documents cca and t/c onto my pictures on my comp. Then uploaded from my pics to photobucket clicked on doc, share, post to website, highlight link, copy and paste. But not working for me maybe im missing something. I have windows xp on my comp, can anyone please help me with suggestions of how i can post docs up on here, im really running out of time and have to make a decision of what to do next by end of week. Hi Capricorn I got very similar wording today but in form of a letter, regarding my account where they have written saying unable to provide copy of original agreement. Has any one else experienced this, all my letters keep showing different people and different dept's. Its almost as though the right hand truly does not know what the left hand is doing;). Ang

Hi SB I will try to post the 1st cca I requested but it is real bad copy and when posted on another link ppl could not really read it. It is basically app form, signed and some rubbish t/c on seperate sheet. Dont think its enforceable but ive decided because of small balance to reclaim charges rather than challenge agreement. The response for cca on 2nd larger balance is that I have it in writing they cant provide cca for this account. So I have written putting account in dispute, and also asking them to confirm this one final time. I do have couple of queries regarding the "we cant supply cca" would we be able to reclaim charges or interest or payments if account is unenforceable by their own admission:confused:. Or is it as simple as they will clear balance and thats the end of that:D. Im just wondering if I should have SAR instead of cca for this account as the charges may be more than Balance. Sorry if im not making any sense. Any comments? Ang

Hi all I requested a cca from Lloyds on 10th July 2009, I have recieved a response asking for me to complete several forms asking why I want the information and insisting they need signature in order to continue. I completed the forms only giving the information I feel comfortable giving and signed it with line through signature. Have not had response like that before so not sure what to make of it. Any comments would be welcome:). Ang

Hi all I have requested my cca from B/C and the only response has been a set of current t/c 2008. I have written to them putting account in dispute and have heard nothing since. In their letter which they include t/c they say we have complied with your request under section 78 of the consumer credit act. Has any one had similar response or indeed received copy of cca. Ang

Hi Capricorn Do these guy's ever give up, I have letter admitting that they cant give me copy of my cca but does it stop them harassing me for payment ermmmm NO. I have written to them asking them to send me the cca or to once again confirm that they can not and will never be able to provide me with cca. They got their pen pushers busy now they insisting that I agree reduced settlement figure urgently. I will decline for now lol. Just so that I do understand the situation correctly, if they respond again with we regret we are unable to send copy of cca, they are not allowed by law to persue the debt, is that the law. They say they are in process of preparing default and will pass account on. Ang

Hi Slick I now have the N1 form, do I complete this one and copy it twice or do I need to complete 3 copies. I only have basic O/Payment sheet still, shall I send it to you PM. Also im not sure about POC details and would be grateful for some helpful wording if you have time. Once complete do I take it to my local county court and do they send it to Barclays on my behalf. Hi all I cant start my own thread, so im real sorry but today ive had another letter from different dept at mbna suggesting that they may be happy to negotiate a settlement figure for the account (the one which they have written saying cant supply cca). It says if im in a position to do this to call shamus blah blah blah to discuss. Shall I still send letter as above, dont really have available funds at the moment anyway. Whats best way to handle them now please. Ang

Hi Spam I requested cca for Lloyds/tsb on 17th July, but have had no response from them at the moment. I sent £1 P/O but am not sure if they cashed it yet. Im not sure whether to send account in dispute letter or just sit back and see what happens next. Ang

Hi Shadow I sent £1 P/O to B/Cd with letter requesting cca for my barclaycard and they cashed P/O but only sent me current T/C. What shall I do now, send them account in dispute letter, deadline was 1st August 2009. Ang

Monkey/Summer No Justification or explanation, just I regret that we are unable to provide a copy of your original credit agreement.... However I did receive a cca from them last week for another account, which is basically an application form and they threw in some T/C for good measure. Probably not enforceable but the bal is £500 so not worth fighting about im going to get them on charges for this one:D. What if anything do I do now still pay them, write to them asking when could they send it to me, or sit back do nothing. Ang

Hi all I have today received letter from mbna regarding SRA request. They have returned my cheque with letter which says: We have provided this information free on this occasion. I regret that we are unable to provide a copy of your original credit agreement:confused:. So nothing except letter and returned payment??? Is this a good sign, or they just playing. Ang

Hi all Do they understand any of our instructions ermmmm NOOOOO. They phoned at 7.55am this morning, my 17 yr old daughter ran down to get phone, by god she takes no prisoners at any time of the day she soon saw Martin Supple off I lay in bed quitely chuckling they cant find cca for hubby account so I guess for the moment that be 1-0 lol:D. They so desperate.
