  2. I had a repossession Order with a warrant of eviction granted on my property, I paid the arrears but the warrant is still active can I have this removed if the property there is no arrears on mortgage now. Ps The notice was put on the property in 2009 Thank you Jim

Bradford & Bingley got eviction notice to evicted me but I managed will help from family to pay arrears in full, the problem is they tell me the eviction notice is still on going and they could use it in the future with out going to court again. Please help is there a letter I can send to the court telling them I have paid in full to cancel the warrant. Jim

  5. Is there any template letter telling Lowell I will only deal with 3G and not them, also do I pay the larger amount or not what do you think ?
  6. Lowell have sent me a letter saying I Have not paid a bill from 3G from 2007. I wrote to them asking for prove of debt and they have sent back invoices for the number in question but not the agreement the amount is £52.95 but they also state that there is a early disconnection charge of £248.54 to be paid also, they are giving me seven days to pay and I just do not have this kind of money. I never asked 3G to disconnected the mobile early infact I can not even remember owing them any money at all, what should I do ? please any help would be great. Jim
  7. I have also received a claim form with the incorrect total amount claimed on it. 8-)The claimant is asking for £348.08 + £35.00 Court fees and this is incorrect and should be only £248.08 + £35.00 Court fees how do I deal with this any help would be great.
