never thought of that, spreadsheet and all. I sent of the SAR back in March 2006 and after an investigation from the information commissioners office over the 'mico fiche' arguement, finally seem to be getting somewhere. Should have done this way before now but have been taking advice from the site throughout. Court Hearing set for 3rd Jan 07 and court bundle prepared and delivered to both parties. I have not received anything from Lloyds solicitors and have spoke to the court today to see if the had received anything. Should I contact Sechiari, clarke and mitchell or wait and see what happens on the day?

Hi Sent the letter to Lloyds and received bank statements for past 5 years and also a copy of customer notes that have several codes etc on them, am I assuming that when a letter has been sent out that I am being charged and is it a matter of going through and highlighting when this was?
