  4. to anyone tinking of paying ukpc, just before xmas 09 i watched a ukpc employee ticket a driver, when the driver came back to car i went to him. i started to tell him that ukpc could not make him pay. imagine my surprise when on his shoulder were those little letters ukpc. hes reply was that he was going to his office to get it squashed. to this i said glad you can, you scumbags ticket innocence people who dont realize that you are no-bodies. and that you cannot make them pay. he replied i know that we cannot make them pay as we have no legal powers. so if anyone thinks about paying th
  5. just been listening to my local radio station. radio wm. the topic was private parking companys. woman phoned in upset saying that baliffs are threating ccj etc. presenter told her to call them and ask them to take her to court as basicly theres nothing they can do. i was lol
  6. hi buzby, thanx for reply, thats ok but the system at our hospital dont allow you jo push buttons, the barrier opens up detecteing a car. the tixket as to be paid well befor you get out of hospital with a walk then to car. ive tried wot you said previously. thanx again
  7. wasnt sure if the council owned nhs property so thanks for telling me. our local hospital as a barrier system. you go in take a ticket then you have to pay before the barrier rises on way out.
  8. would it not be the local council who would issue a ticket if on nhs car park, if this is so then surely the law is different than from private parking control companys
  9. buzby as just made a point about it being postal. as a postie i can say dont be worried on that score as the letters may well be in backlog pretty soon and so by the time they get to you, ukpc will most likely have given up. (not saying i agree with strike before you all start on me lol)if you dont get post then you wont be worring, and ukpc will be wasting money.
  10. i remember when i had a plastic type petrol cap(in 80s) removed from car. the car driver parked next to my car took reg number and gave it to me. the police took this person to court and he got fined. was only a plastic cap but stil theft. maybe it was because i was a police officer myself back then.
  11. just wondering if ukpc or others ppc companies carnt make you pay up. why on private carparks can companys clamp your car. any one know the answer
  12. thanks buzby, its just that a local shopping centre by me(curently patroled by ukpc) is going to pay and display. so wondered if they could make you pay the charge if the car park is not council owened
  13. wonder if some one can tell me, if you park on car park where you have to pay. if you dont pay can you still get a ticket/invoice and if so do sam laws stand for the idiots such as ukpc. im refering to non authorite car parks
