Hi all, Be gentle, first time here. Ok, here's the problem. I moved in for a five month period to a flat shared with two others. This five month period was to cover for the third flatmate who was going on an extended holiday. When I moved in I was asked to pay my deposit to the flatmate who was temporarily moving out. Even though this was a temporary arrangement, my name was added to the tenancy agreement and hers taken off. She has now returned and has revealed to me that she's broke. My concern is that she won't pay me my deposit when she moves back in, and, having spoken with Letzmove (the agent), they won't return the deposit as I originally gave it to the person moving out. How can I move this forward? Thanks in advance.
