Anyone???

Hi I recieved the information back from Welcome Finance. They included a copy of my personal loan agreement which states I paid - Family Care - £150.00 Optional Payment Protection Insurance - £293.20 They also included a copy of a statement which doesnt state any payments I've made or default charges. I am a bit miffed by that. What's my next step please? Many Thanks Peter

I took out an unsecured loan from Welcome Finance quite a few years ago. They charged ridiculous amounts of money for phoning me, writing me letters and late payment fees. I remember them being quite aggressive with their calls. Is it possible to claim back these charges? Many thanks pbuck
