  1. Yay you!!!!!!!!! We are trying to sell too and the constant antisocial behaviour is making it impossible. We were told flat out by one viewer that the noise in the street was a concern. I know some people are working on getting them evicted, so fingers crossed. But yay you!! Victory for the civilised people!
  2. Stupid Bint accross the road had me swearing today. She was out with a pack of teenagers screaming and shouting her head off in the early hours of this morning. I don't know if she was drunk or something but all I could hear was "what's your f****** problem" and "I'm a homewrecker" (proudly and at the top of her lungs) for over 2 hours with occasional screeches of laughter. She must have kept the whole street awake (the ones who weren't out with her that is, it isn't the nicest of streets). It's not normal. She's at least in her thirties, why would you want to be hanging around with kids and behaving like kids at that age?? It really is like she thinks she is one of them and is the leader of the gang. It really isn't normal. I have no idea if the police ended up coming or if somebody told her to shut up as I ended up putting ear plugs in and tried my best to ignore it. It's very hard to ignore though when you can feel it escelating and your waiting for a fight to break out. It really is that wierd a situation I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out she was sleeping with them. Odd indeed. I'm trying my best to stay out of it as they focus their attention on you if you complain about them, and for years the trouble's been on our side of the street but after she's moved in and another further up it's on the other side, so those who turned a blind eye are getting a taste of what they ignored all these years.
  3. Sorry to hear this awfull news. I wish you both well and hope that the pain that you are in is eased by the love you share xxx
  4. Ignore things like this regardless of country. I recently had a similar one whish I have pasted below. My OH even had a letter once asking for beneficiary bank details to transfer what he was due. DO NOT give any details, and as for the wife, I wouldn't want to judge but if it were my OH some serious waking up would ensure! No real organisation would contact you through FB anyway. The one I recently had - Sir, I got your contact in my search for a partner who canassist facilitate a pending business transaction towards a successfulcompletion. After due considerations, I decided to make contact with you forpartnership and co-operation in this pending transaction requiring maximumconfidentiality. I am an Administrative assistant to Mr. Mikhail B.Khodorkovsky the Chairman/CEO of YUKOS OIL CORPORATION (Russian Largest OilCorporation) with branch offices worldwide. As an assistant to Mr. Mikhail B. Khodorkovsky, somedocuments for was handed over to me for the payment of a foreign contractor.Already Mr. Mikhail Khodorkovsky has released this fund to the offshore accountof Yukos Oil Corp from where the final wire transfer is expected to be carriedout. While I was working on the final Approval Documents fortransferring the funds, Mr. Mikhail Khodorkovsky was arrested due to hisinvolvement and financial support for the opposition political party in Russiawhich posed the greatest challenge ever to the former president Vladimir V.Putin who happens to be the current Prime Minister of Russia. Mr. Mikhail B. Khodorkovsky who was considered as themost powerful of the Russian business oligarchs was later prosecuted andsentenced to prison on charges of massive fraud and tax evasion. The Russiangovernment has filed new charges against Mr. Mikhail B. Khodorkovsky with anaim of keeping him in prison indefinitely. A wide variety of local &foreign politicians, civil activists and journalists considers the processleading to the imprisonment of Mr. Khodorkovsky to be politically motivated. Due to the imprisonment of Mr. Khodorkovsky, I havedecided to move out some funds for safe keeping and investment. I decided tocontact a neutral person for this transaction in order to avoid any trace ofthe money by the opposition. Therefore, I solicit your help so you can stand asthe foreign contractor/beneficiary of the said funds after which we canre-profile the Approval Documents in your favour which would be forwarded tothe Paying Bank for the wire transfer of from the Yukos Oil Corp Account to youas final beneficiary. Upon receipt of your immediate response, we shall discussthe compulsory modalities to see this transaction to successful conclusion. Notethat you will be entitled to 15% share of the total funds as your compensationfor your assistance. I consequently request your maximum assistance andco-operation to facilitate the transfer of the funds out from the offshoreaccount of Yukos Oil Corporation where the funds were deposited. In conclusion, I guarantee that this transaction would beexecuted under a legitimate arrangement that will protect us from any breach oflaw. Please keep this transaction confidential and note that this transactionmust be concluded within two weeks. I need you to confirm your participation so we canproceed with this transaction quickly. I await your prompt reply. Best Regards, Dr. Latin.
  5. Some of the pic on the 'Show me a picture of' thread. Coincidence and the following pic really got me giggling.
  6. I believe IMO it's nothing to do with not having opportunities, it's the basic break down in society. People don't have real repercussions for their actions anymore. When a millionaire joins in you can't blame it on 'not having'. People don't have responsibility anymore and feel they and their actions are beyond any real reproach. I don't agree with making people homeless or stopping their benefits as thay will force them to become criminals, but for a lot of the people out rioting it was merely mindless opportunistic criminal behaviour. They should be punished. The should be charged. Yes, somebody is going to have to pick up the bill, quite obviously, and as a tax payer this is one bill I don't mind picking up, so long as they get appropriate (not soft) sentencing. What other reasonable fair solution is there? I may not be that old, but I do have a tendancy to think
  7. did you know he's actualy been given a bouncer now as his looting is so bad? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2020195/Bandit-bird-The-shoplifting-seagull-prolific-bakery-hired-BOUNCER.html
  8. These ones are quite young, 6ish maybe. Good point NO, I don't think they do grow up, and that's part of the problem (as well as obviously no respect, no morals, and not being taught right from wrong, no consequences for their behaviour by them or authorities). There was an argument this morning where somebody further up the street came out and told them to keep it down and one of the 'mothers' came out and an argument ensued. The parents act as if they are teenagers. Hell, there's a woman accross the road, and I have to say I find her behaviour quite worrying, she is in her thirties at least, and yet always has plenty of teenagers, mainly boys hanging around her and her house. She speaks to them as though she is one of them, very odd indeed. She also seems to revel when other people (the odd decent few left here) get upset at the noise and antisocial rascious behaviour. I don't think they know how to have a conversation without shouting either lol. They must all be deaf from the music blaring all the time. *and, breathe*
  9. The scummy little 'kids' running up and down the street, throwing rubbish everywhere, spitting on people's property, looking through your windows, screaming constantly, swearing constantly. All you ever here off the parents is "go away" and, (only if it's annoying them) "shut the f*** up". It's bloody hard to work when you've got all that going on outside. All I need to do to see why people are rioting is open my curtains
  10. Looks like it got looted chuck, there's nothing there, or is that the point?
