  1. bought a blackberry bold through E2save which are a subsidary of Carphone wharehouse in january. On 19th March took it into CPW as advsied as it was not working, was advised that they could not repair blackberrys and would have to go for repair and would take up to 4 weeks. Nearly 7 weeks later on 1st may got it back to find it was a different handset as the first one could not be repaired. After 2 hours of charging found it did not work - a different fault. Head office would do nothing about it and said it had to go for repair. Went into repair 2 may and on 3rd june received the model back to find there is still the same fault. I have been told nothing they can do and has to back into repair for at least another 4 weeks. - company policy Surely this is not fit for the purpose it was bought for. Any advice would be gratefully received
