    Hi all when I checked my bank today for my esa payment i found an extra esa payment of £10 was put in yesterday 24/06 and my normal payment today has this happened to anyone else. tried to call dwp but on hold for over an hour.

    had live chat with Kati jo on council tax advisors and asked why they have misleading info on there sites and was assured that that page will be removed just to add it was tuesday 26/05 at 12.00 that i spoke with them .

    Hi all reading this with intrest and alarm I was ex Ib and have now been ported to esa wrag (contrabution based) no childern to care for will I be forced on to the wp or is it just wrag (ir) at the moment (although I have no doubt that all esa will get hit at some point), I am also appealing the wrag as I match at least 2 discriptors for the suport group. thanks.

    an evil thing to do would be to fill in the form and claim the oft and your local trading standards owe you £1000's.

    If they have not sent a copy of your cca and just more threats then send the in dispute letter.

    Send to cca request to whom ever is chashing you for the alleged debt it is there duty to get it or to pass the request on to the orginal creditor. sorry missread your post send in disspute letter
