  1. Hi, Thanks for moving this I can't put it on here until tomorrow evening as thats when I will access to a scanner, the copy itself is so bad that its hard for me to read. But, the signatures are perfect. Im not entirely sure how to upload it onto here either, any tips?? Many thanks Bizniz
  2. Hi, I need help with these Allied International people.... The people that originally were dealing with this loan was Triton, I sent for a CCA to which it took them 7 months to deal with, eventually after many many letters back and forth I have recieved it, there are two signatures on it, no dates. The original loan I applied for was £17,000 but this application is for £27,000. Anyway, im assuming this loan is enforceable and am wanting to pay it. Whilst Triton were taking their time in sending me my CCA the debt was passed onto Allied International, I had no idea this was the case. The first i new of it was when i recieved a bright yellow card through the door asking me to contact them...... I did, much to my shame, I panicked, debt collectors etc threatened. The call was soooo abusive and threatening I hung up several times. Since this call, I recieved a letter from them saying they are taking further action which could result in either attachment of earnings, court or possessions being taken. I rang them again, they demanded full payment and nothing else, no instalments, nothing. I went back to Triton and was told that they have to accept instalments, they have to give you a chance, well im petrified of ringing them back again to arrange this.......... because of the way they are. What do I do? What do I say? help with this will be much appreciated. Any help in fact Many thanks Bizniz
  3. HI, Well, I have recieved my credit agreement from RBS, it has 2 signatures on it that do not match, although I think they are mine, too hard to prove not, the credit agreement although is faint, you can hardly see it, but the signatures are bold!!! hmmm Since my last post, Triton have now passed this on to debt collecters, AIG I believe they are constantly hounding me, by phone and post, they are very threatening, next step by them is apparently attatchment of earnings, so, im now paying!! #Had it have not taken RBS 6 MONTHS to send me my agreement then I wouldn't now be in this mess........... distraught is not the word. 4. Hi guys, I have been advised to write on here for a bit more info, I have been dealing with Triton for 8 months, I haven't even got passed the Credit agreement stage yet!!!! They keep writing back to me unsatisfied that I am the account holder, I have always read on here that you should not sign the letters sent..... They are saying without the signatures they will not process the application. So i sign it, but not my signature signature - letter comes back - signature does not match..... Im wrting to Triton, RBS are replying - I have recently had a phonecall stating RBS have said yes - chase this debt, we give you (Triton) permission - apparently, the debt is now going to be passed on to debt collectors, I asked them if they were able to do this - they have stated they can "do what they like!" So down goes the phone and I'm STILL trying to get hold of my Credit agreement!!!!! Apparently the letter RBS have written back to me, with account details and a statement enclosed () have stated that they are not completely happy that I am the account holder, therefore they are not supplying me with the requested data until I ether sign the signature that matches what they hold on file.... or..... go to my local branch and ask them to then confirm my identity..... what a nightmare!!!! As I say this 1st stage has taken 8 months so far!!!!! Any Info or advice will be gratefully received Bizniz
  5. Hi all, forgive me if im sounding thick if you have a reasonable agreement with them and making monthly payments and you send a CCA to them, im assuming that making payments should stop??? sorry!!! Bizniz
  6. Hi Taz11 Well thats good news, the only thing that concerns me about all this, is what does your credit file look like?? Does it get big black marks against your name, or do you put on there disputed account?? regards Bizniz
  7. funnily enough, im looking at all the documents now, and yep, its CMS Telford!!!! im assuming you have had your dealings with them in the past!!! Sorry for seeming dumb, but do i just quote S77?? Thanks Bec x
  8. Hi Elsa, They have charged me a default fee, which they just took out of my current account at the time without choice, which then took me over my overdraft which then the overdraft was cancelled by the bank, so probably a couple of hundred quid, maybe, but im not completely sure as i have never since recieved a bank statement from them. Apparently my current accounts etc were shut down as soon as the default was written. Off the top of my head, i recieved the default notice and had 7 days to make a payment. I will have a look at the paperwork when i get home from work. I've copied the template to request the CCA, the letter is all ready to go, i just didn't want to send it if it wasn't accepted for loans. Bec xx
  9. Hi, I have the original loan agreement, the loan was taken out in 2005 with The Royal Bank of Scotland, i have one default notice and i arranged a payment plan with RBS themselves and then about 8(ish) months ago i recieved a letter from Triton telling me that i hadn't paid them, thats when i first realised it was with them, i actually rang them asking who they were and that i wasn't aware that RBS had handed it over without notifying me. Since recieving the first "you have not paid" letter, i recieve them quite frequantly, even though i have proof that the payment has been taken!!!! Useless company. Bec x
  10. Hi everyone. I have previously posted this in the credit reference bit but have had no luck..... i was wondering if someone could give me some advice......I took out a loan and unfortunately due to moving jobs, i had to ask if my payments could be reduced, after numerous amounts of wrong advice from the experts; i am now dealing with Triton debt agency. I have never missed any payments with them on the repayment plan we have agreed, admittingly it is lower than the original agreed loan amount. My credit report states that i am on a repayment plan, and even states how much i am paying back, but it has the red number 6 which means i have missed more than 6 monthly payments!!! (40 apparently?) Me looking at this report, it comes across to me that i haven't being paying the agreement between me and them............. am i right to assume this? I have spoken to Triton, to be told several different things, one being that its incorrect and an email has been sent off to the department that deals with the credit reports, that was more than 2 weeks ago, so i have again rung them this morning, to be told that the credit report is correct, i am in arrears and that i should deal with it, if i wanted to get out of arrears and have my credit report changed i should pay the arrears off which is £1025.96, apparently this is the amount. I asked them how they came up with this, they said that it is my original payment minus the amount im paying added up since the agreement went to them....... but it isn't, if thats the way they do it, it should be a lot more than that that im "arrears" - so im not entirely sure. The man i spoke to said all 3 colleagues that had advised me previously, were wrong and he is correct. I asked to speak to a manager - he said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor - he said they are not there to discuss little things............ he then said to me that he isn't going to argue with me on the phone and is there anything else he can help with.......... i asked him for the complaints proceedure, to be told to look it up online........I get repeated emails from this company up to 14 days before my payment is due, they simply say 14 days until your payment is due, 13 days until your payment is due ----- etc etc etc. I've requested they stop - they haven't. On my credit report this account with Triton is on there twice, which in theory should double the amount of debt............... more like quadruple, apparently the amount in arrears is £39,146 which is again beyond belief as a quater of that amounts to the original loan. I have looked at the past agreement to see that the interest was pretty reasonable back then and simply can not see how it has reached this amount. This is the only thing on my report that is bad. I don't even know where to start with this, can anyone help me??? Thanks in advance. Beci
  11. Triton credit services are a nightmare, and i am having a mare with them myself, i have had a repayment agreement with them for about 9-10 months, they push constantly for the amount to go up, i cant pay via direct debit as the account is closed, and yet, they still manage to access everything. I've spoken to them today actually as they have messed up my credit report well and truely, the advisor assured me that all his colleagues are wrong, he is the only one that is right, when i requested to speak to a manager or supervisor i was told by him that they don't deal with petty things as this, he also told me that they can not make any agreements at all regarding repayments, they can threaten all they like, but its actually down to "us" to repay....................... they are useless and most definately bullies, dont put up with it, a word of warning though, they say ANYTHING at all to get you to agree with anything, then hold you too it... so you are most definately better off communicating via letters. My original debt was 10k loan, at this present time according to my credit report - to which i cant speak to anyone about getting changed, the buck keeps being passed on, is standing at £39,145!!!! Good luck Bec
