Am getting loads and loads of calls from Retaol bank collections. Though most times I answer the phone there is no one there. The last twice when there has been someone there I have asked if it is ok to record the call they have hung up. I have registered a complaint at customer relations who are aware that I have an outstanding balance of £1000 but have £1500+ of charges on the account. How can I get them to stop calling. I'm in the middle of a court action for an other account!!

Hopefully will be paid out quicker this time!

6) 23/10 Due to continued computer generated letters from Lowell I sent away the following letter to Lowell. As I a had heard nothing from TS I sent them a re-edit of the letter sent to them previously. TS phone dme on friday (27th Oct) but I was out unfortunately. they left a message to call them back on 01132898217 which I will call on Monday. Lowell have continued to try and phone me. Will speak to TS and then decide what course of action to take!!

4) Sent Data Protection Act S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) away to them 5)16/10 sent the following letter to Lowell Financial as they continued to telephone me and claim not to receive the previous letter.

Not heard anything from TS at all. Am also dealing with Lowell along the exact same timeline as DL&C. Have stolen some of the particulars of claims that Switch drafted in his AKtiv Kapital Thread for court papers. Had to change it as I'm in Scotland but have forms drafted up and ready to be printed. Am beginning to feel a bit out my depth as I don't have much free time to read as much as I would like to. Particulars What do you guys think? Am I good to go or should I be doing something else?

No further updates on claim. But I can now check my account online again. Also received a letter on Friday saying that they are adressing my complaint(s)

I've already DPA SAR'd th eoriginal creditor. I think th ebest thing for me to do now is send them a s10/12 notice. Do you guys think this would be useful? I haven't as yet cca'd the original creditor but will probably do so soon.

Court papers posted off this morning. Will see how long they wait to pay out thi stime. Just decided to go through Scots small claims again for simplicitys sake this now.
