Hi Just been looking through your messages with interest but I was wondering if anywhere on your items you have anything on the securitisation or Connells the estate agents and how the sub prime lenders are corrupting British house sales...??? not sure if you can help but thought you don't get nothing if you don't ask!!! Do you know that is exactly how our DJ was and so much so that we have put in a compliant against the judge but they only follow it up once the case has been concluded - they're probably getting their pensions paid by the SUV - makes me sick and I was really annoyed how the judge was.... What it is...we (3 of us) all got our mortgages at the same time and hers was with SPML, ours was with Preferred, so once I've finished taking them to court over the repossession I want to fight for my house and sort my mortgage... But honestly probably my fault for being a little confusing as I have that many fights going on at the minute. We have been told the Land Registry won't transfer the deeds for the new people so they still can't move in and trading standards are investigating - BUT today there was a new estate agent outside the house saying he ahd been asked to sell the proper
  4. Hi All Emailed the Irish Stock Exchange, rang them and at every point told no I can't have the prospectus... BUT in court today all been adjourned for 6 weeks as SPML didn't show so all in limbo....us...people who thinnk they've bought house....land registry who want me to provide proof of illegal sale....trading standards who were wanting to hear something more solid....and the reporters who wanted a story.... I will keep in touch as we are in court this week and our case is somewhat different - whilst fighting for our own houses we are fighting for another on which we had a registered charge and the underhand way it has been sold - we have to prove that it has been an illegal sale and get the squatters out!!   8. Hi Dangermouse If you can forward it that would be great we took out our mortgages back in October 2006 so I'm assuming that's the one we need in fact I'm sure it is. Also do you know if I only need the securitised company or the ones we got the mortgage off as well. Thanks EIE your help is much appreciated - now do you know how I can get a copy myself without doing London or is that me just dreaming, I think I've got enough defence for now and the rest can be sorted but if you have direct numbers or anything that will be useful. I can't believe this has been going on for so long but it seems all the bigwigs are in on it and so we are left to the sleepless nights and fighting the good fight for our own justice!!! Mercyblue, I got onto the Irish Stock Exchange rang them up and they then put me through to the Bank of New York Mellon in London who did not know who I should be talking to...they then passed me to someone in New York!!!! so i've tried but I can't get hold the prospectus but I did find out that the RBS are one of their custodians - all in it together.... Any help on getting the prospectus would be very gratefully accepted. thanks

  14. hi SuperSleuth Just wondered if you could let me know again how we go about finding out who owns our mortgage and where we can find out this information.   15. Yes, but this is the debate as the property is not actually "legally sold" yet!! No Land Registry records exist to mention the transfer and the rules for sale have not been followed. The people in the property who come and go say they know nothing about all this??? but that they now 'own' the property whatever this means...
