Cabot have sent me the original agreement, there is ppi included. i would not have been eligable for as i was only in a temp 6 month contract at work.

it was for a car HP agreement, back in 2000, Only had a Prov lic with pass test certificate and Passport was used as photo id. it was sold to cabot in november previou i i had paid 50pm to HL legal. but the balance seems high and the packege of finance seems all wrong

Hi Could someone please help me. Can out of date Date ID be used when signing for a finance agreement,. i have Just received my SAR from Cabot and the passport used was 13 months out of date, can this debt be enforced also should it have been allowed to completed with this ID? Thank you in advance

i received a letter from Cabot stating i owed a debt of £8k for a car finance agreement. i did a Subject Access Request (as read on this website) which they have now provided all the information, firstly PPI i would never have accepted this i was 18, in a Temp to 6month Job and knew PPI would be uselses, i have since discovered this has been added on, (initials dont even match my writing) secondly the ID was actually 18months out of date at the time of application,, could some one plese help me as to where i stand with the PPi and out of date ID. i will need to pen a letter to them. all help appreciated, thank you all in advance

it doesnt say who the PPI is with, the car finance was done through On:line finance, i believe there is few threads about them. i just need help with a letter to draft to them outlining the Out of date ID and also PPI
