Hi I'm trying to sort out some credit card debts that I've largely ignored for probably 2 years. I'm hoping to be in a position to offer full and final settlements. I've gathered my paperwork and worked out where these debts are up to. Capital One have passed my debt on to Apex and Barclaycard have passed one on to MK Rapid Recoveries. Both these companies wrote to me in July 2015 asking me to contact them to arrange payment plans. I didn't, and I've heard nothing since. Should I write asking for proof that they own the debt, or just write offering the full and final? Any advice is much appreciated. Nixx
