  1. That is good to know and it probably makes sense. In a way they have as good as admitted it in that case? And as for no more debt for 6 years - I've been living without a Credit Card for nearly a year now and though it has been hard work, I wish I'd done it years ago....
  2. Had a horrible feeling that might be the case. March 2007.... Cal
  3. I'd love to hear your opinions if you don't mind? Thanks in advance, Cal http://i695.photobucket.com/albums/vv317/cal21c/28090720-CapOneAgreementBlank.jpg
  4. Hi all, After a lot messing about with Egg and Moorcroft and ARC(see below) http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general-debt-issues/205594-moorcroft-egg-giving-up.html I finally got the CCA from 1999. http://i695.photobucket.com/albums/vv317/cal21c/20090720-EggAgreementPage1Blank.jpg http://i695.photobucket.com/albums/vv317/cal21c/20090720-EggAgreementPage2Blank.jpg http://i695.photobucket.com/albums/vv317/cal21c/20090720-EggAgreementPage3Blank.jpg http://i695.photobucket.com/albums/vv317/cal21c/20090720-EggAgreementPage4Blank.jpg Now looking at the excellent (and VERY long thread) by PT2537 http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/legal-issues/188093-egg-credit-agreements-what.html#post2024413 I'd say it falls under all the problem areas Identified by PT2537. Does everyone agree that this is thus an unenforceable Agreement? And if so what do I do next? Does anyone have a nice template that I could use to tell Egg that that is the case? Cheers, Cal
  5. Sorry, DN? This arrived at the end of last week - What letter should I send to them, please? http://i695.photobucket.com/albums/vv317/cal21c/20090720-TritonTescoLegalBlank.jpg Can I send an in dispute notice and say it is unenforceable but not tell them why? Cheers, Cal
  6. There was a reason I didn't bother posting page 1 - I'm in work at the moment so I will have a look. Triton have started pestering me now so I thought I would write to them to tell them that as it stands it is unenforceable? Or is this not the right approach? Thanks, Cal
  7. Hmm mine was probably a year later. Ohwell...
  8. Hmmm - I think mine was relatively recent so that was probably it to be honest. Kinda wish they hadn't though! Cal
  9. You mean the letter? No I didn't. I've not used my signature on any correspondance!
  10. Hi, Another quick question. Can anyone point me to a template I could use to point out their lack of a signature? Thanks, Cal
  11. Just a quick one - does anyone have a template in which one can make an offer? Thanks, Cal
  12. Hi Cerberus, Thanks for replying again. Oh? Why not? They've already had the £1 and the CCA request letter? G
