yes got another appointment for next year which mean it will be over a year since they stopped my benefit and i appealed when i get another ATOS medical which ill be soon as its been over a year now since my last one can i request the medical examiners qualifications?? and contact the general medical council and the dwp to welt them know i am doing this the only reason i ask is at my last one the person had not what i suffer with or anything about my disorders and they fact they never looked ta any evidence i brought with me i dont want to have to go through the same thing again next year you see i want to make sure the person im seeing knows about my disorder

hi there i had my date fr my esa tribunal and the day before (yes the day before) i got a letter form them saying it was cancelled by the judge due to someone on the pannal being familiar with my case ( a doctor) i called my surgery up and they said sometime my doctor doe the esa tribal anyone else ever had this??

no have noone else to help me ia he sent everything off on Friday reports medication letters of support all that was sent

ia have some but little support from my healh worker i have appealed and my hearing is in 2 weeks i have sent off off all evidence from phycoligest and phycartist and i have been told i need to have another assessment by another phsycarartist as i am now seeing an hearing thing in my mind that my doctors concrend about

hi guys i wanted to kno if i can have some advice please i suffer with sever mental health issued i have body dimorphic disorder acute sever depression disorder acrophobia and social phobia i went to my medial earlier this year and i was as scared as hell as you can imagine i am on very strong sedation medication that i have to take everyday and this effects my life but i have to take it as i have a tendency to try and take my owl life my recent attempt was in June this year as i cant cope with the mental problems that i have i am under a phyloligest psychiatrist and have a support worker too a have weekly meeting with my phycoligest to asses m current mental health and over the past 3 years i seem to be getting worse ia have massive violent outbreaks i have attacked my family members who also help care for me too more that i can count to which i cannot control at times as i dont like t be around anyone at all its scares and frightens me and i go into defence mode its something that i have been trying to control for 3 years but cant seem t when i went into the medical once i told the advisor that ai have severe mental health issue her attitude changed and she was not interested really in listening to whati have and how this effects me every day and i am worried as i have my tribunal very shortly i also receive dla they recognise how sever my mental health issue are and the care i have to have every day and am just worried about the tribunal and what this will be and the out come anyone have any advice or have been in the same situation as me any advice will be great thanks

hi there my uncle has been diagnoised with copd and is struggeling wiht it severly and he annot get any type of dla despite him having to be looked after by his daughter now its so unfair he dont knwo wat do now either

i can only afford to pay the arrears off no my whole mortgage balance lol i am just a little worried as they are being every nasty with me on the phone and i think its every unfair with the excessive amount of charges they ahve applied

there is a ccj in place for the contractual payment and just £50.00 a month but now they have charged me nearly £3000 in arrears management charges they now have the cheek to charge me interest every month on top of the charges they have applied i am so angry with them but i am scared to challenge it as i still have the repossession order on my property i called the cour-st an even though i will be paying the arrears balance off in full next week they have now told me i cant get the repossession order taken off the house in case i fall behind again i am totally gobsmacked and what angers me the most is i had to pay for them to take me to court as i ended up with their solicitors fees!

i have a list of all the charges they have sent me in an annual statement if that might help

i have got a suspended repossession order on my property and i am going to now pay the full arrears off which is only about £750.00 now but my mortgage company have charged me £75.00 a month in arrears fees which i was disgusted with as the court ordered me to only pay £50.00 a month on top of my contractual mortgage payments but i was scared to challenge this but now i am paying the arrears off i want to. They have charged me nearly £3000 in arrears fee and i feel this is massively excessive and wanted to know if i could claim these back? Also i wanted to know once i have paid of my arrears can i get the suspended repossession order taken of my house? If so how do i go about doing this? My mortgage company is not one of the usual big name banks as my credit was not so good when i bought my house Any advice would be greatly appreciated
