Halifax Default Twice for same account
Secretjay posted a topic in Halifax Bank and Bank of Scotland
Hi, I've recently received a 'Default notice served under Section 87(1) of the CCA 1974' for an overdraft I owe on my current account. However, checking through previous letters I have already been sent the same Default notice for this account one year ago aswell. Does anybody know if they can do this? Thanks Sjay
