  2. Hello I hope somebody can help me with this My partner checked her credit report yesterday and to her amazement she has a default from Arrow Global for a debt of £68 to orange. This default was placed back in 2008. For a orange account which was closed back in 2008 and opened in 2007. After speaking with orange they advise me there was a outstanding balance on the final bill. Something they cannot prove as they cant see old bills anymore plus it has been sold onto Arrow Global who have since put a default on her credit file. Surely arrow global cannot just go handing out defaults without us first receiving a letter or a intention of a default being placed on her credit report? How would i go about getting this removed etc? or challenged? What is the first steps? Thank you in advance Jon
  3. Hello helpful people! My partner checked her credit report yesterday and to her amazement she has a default from Arrow Global for a debt of £68 to orange. This default was placed back in 2010. For a orange account which was closed back in 2008 and opened in 2007. After speaking with orange they advise there is no outstanding amount of £68 and the account was closed with 0 balance. Her credit report even supports this and has a entry of a closed settled account with orange. Surely arrow global cannot just go handing out defaults without us first receiving a letter or a intention of a default being placed on her credit report? How would i go about getting this removed etc? What is the first steps? Thank you in advance Jon and Natalie
