you did the right thing and no need to worry about it. best thing to do ring police and chase it up with them, there must have an non-emergency number, explain again and see what there have to say, maybe a police will come round take a statement and take the items from you to return. you will have to provide details of your ex-partner and the police may check cctv if there was any, which is there is, then will prove your innocence

absoutly no mentions of time, linked to the code used on the ticket, defo appeal, present the case, ask them to clarify the code 40, and why the officer decided to write on it and adding the time, when the code used mentions no time. is there like a discount on the amount if paid within a certain time limit? if so check whether the time limit is put on hold when appealing.

all codes are from this company, i think there are a general code england uses: PATROL Online on the ticket should be a code number for the contrvention. let us know the number and that refers to the rules broken, now if that code points towards a rule which does not mention anything about a time, then you sorted, if there is no number, then i dont have anything else lol

So if she could get her boss to write a letter, or I write it on the business headed paper and get him to sign and send that in, that it was out of her control, maybe a chance there then ! Dont worry about it, if your insurer is DL then nothing to worry, I had a similiar case, and my insurer is DL, there came round and asked a few questions checked the car out for damage, I must say the questions was like a interrogation but if you answer with the truth you got nothing to worry about, there just want to make sure no one is lying about it. in my case its been a year now and the other party who put the claim through came up with no evidence, and the claim should close down this month, need to ring them. nothing to worry about, have a quick check of the car to see if any damaged if not, just stand firm and dispute, also has DL asked for the excess?? the answer should be no, and will always be no in this case.

She was late due to being stuck in work for that extra 10 minutes. What im thinking of it says on there site that if you pay within 14 days its 25 pounds, but if you appeal, then it goes into dispute and if the appeal is rejected then she will be given another 14 days from the rejection date to pay the discounted amount. I'll appeal explain the situation she was in, and ask for further evidence, then if its rejected, she can still pay the 25 instead of the 50. I assume not specifing the color matters?

Hi everyone, my sister got the below ticket today from the council's private company, Parkwise. Basically for staying too long at a bay, when I say long according to that 11 minutes longer then allowed. What do you make of it below? There haven't specified the color of the car, I have removed the number plate for obvious reasons. Do you think theres a way to twist there arm? what i did, is provide the details and then paypal set the direct debit up, i then rang my bank and said paypal has no direct debit and anything on file should be cancelled so there cancelled the direct debit on there side, so untill paypal requests money from my account there dont know the direct debit is cancelled. if you ever in a dispute which has ended your account in minus as a refund has been issued and you dont agree, ring your bank up and basically say paypal have no authority to take anything from you account, the bank will make sure nothing is takn, and paypal will have to listen to you then
