Hello everybody , I've not posted on here for about 12 months , i just thought i'd let you know that i did what i was considering .......2 years into a 3 year contract i stopped paying for the car , moved home and then 6 months later i sold the car ! I've heard nothing at all , prob cos they don't know where i am but the silence is bliss . I found the contract up too and i never signed for the car in the first place ...... the guy from the garage signed for me to get the finance going as i was working out of the area ! What kind of comeback can i expect when we find each other again ? Thanks .

Sorry to butt in here but you got me thinking about signatures and i don't remember signing the finance agreement for my car 2 years ago , and when i look at my agreement i find that it isn't my signature on there ! my name but def not my sig ! the dealer signed it ! should i try to make something of this ?

I don't think they would do anything straight away , at least until they have gotten themselves sorted out and then i guess we could be pursued by another organisation ! or they may write them off ......... but somehow i don't think that will happen !

can anybody tell me if the fact that welcome car finance have gone down the pan , could this benefit me and my car finance arrangement with them ? i think i've paid enough already !

i have just been informed that welcome have today gone bust ! does anybody know if this is true ? also , is there any way i can get out of my finance arrangement with them without losing my car ? i have about 14 payments left to make .
