Having checked the reference you've given above for your email it would appear that your email was missing the WRT135 code in the subject line and so hadn't reached our team.   10. Hi Martin Provided the phone is a Vodafone UK locked handset we'll be able to provide the unlocking code for it, but you would need to have an active sim card with Vodafone (either Pay As You Go or contract). All the best Kirsty Web Relations Team Vodafone UK

  12. Hi Ford We can unlock all phones except the iPhone and the BlackBerry Storm. If the phone is on pay as you go and over 12 months old the code will be free of charge. For pay as you go phones less than 12 months old a charge of £19.99 including VAT applies. The £19.99 will need to be credited to your phone before you apply for the code. Once the NUC has been issued the charge will be debited. If we have the code on our systems we can provide it straight away. If we don't we'll request it for you from the manufacturer. This usually takes about 72hrs unless it's a Samsung phone (they have a timescale of up to 10 days). Take care Kirsty Web Relations Team Vodafone UK
