  1. Hi, I would like to ask for advice/help to claim for the money this company charged me by sending messages to my mobile. I sent a first one after a friend told me I could enter in a competition. I checked after I sent this sms and I was only charged 10p. I never received an invitation to a suscription or anything so I didnt worry anymore. A week ago I travelled to Spain for a couple of weeks and as I use a spanish number here I didnt connect my english mbile until today. I saw a lot of sms which I thought to be publicity but then I checked my mobile account in internet and saw they charged me 1.5 pounds for each sms received!! I called my mobile company and they told me they cant stop it but gave me a number 64848 to send a sms STOP ALL or a number to ring 08712230000, but as I am still in Spain none of these worked I had to call again my company and they have suspended the line until I come back, as if my mob was stolen. They told me there is a possibility that the charges still come trough when I return and recover the line. They charged me already 25 pounds and I would like how to claim for this money back, or/and the possible money they charge until I can stop it too. Please can someone advise me? I dont know if to write to their [email protected] saying I'll claim for all. If I do so I think I might do it after I get to stop it, as for now they dont seem to send messages everyday and Im afraid if they know I cant stop it they will send many more until I get it.
