  20. Hi, i received a letter the other day for a previous debt, i was just about to send the statute barred letter when i thought i best just clarify a couple of thing with you. The letter is addressed to my old place, (i have lived at my current address for 2 years and am registered here), also the letter states "we find ourselves preparing a Statutory demand under section 268(1) (a) of the insolvency act 1986 which will be completed on or around 16 apr 09 which will be served on you. 1 do i give them my current address 2 am i ok to proceed as they have not completed the Statutory demand yet Any advice will be greatly received Thanks in advance
