blackhorse is car finance £10,000 overdraft is £1000

Hi everyone, I have a major problem i have a court order from Blackhorse as I could not afford the payments I agree'd to pay £260 a month dont no why coz I couldnt afford that! So they sent out Sheriff officers i made an agreement to pay £80 a month as this is all i could afford but now i have lost my job im on jobseekers so cant pay but got a leter on the 1st demanding money or Sheriff officers will be back ! what can i do?? Also got a hbos letter sayin a Rep is comin to my house next week !!! this is for my overdraft!! i feel like i should go bankrupt but dont really want to ?? any advice?? cheers

With Vodafone i did that was back in 2004 but that was a default notice. 3G iv had nothing but a letter to say its bein past to a dca. HUTCHISON 3G UK LT... both creditors are showing as 3G and Vodafone on my defaults.

Hi thanks for getting back to me, the dca was Scotcall. And according to 3G the reason it was not defaulted before hand was because they had not updated there files!

Hi all just joined, i have looked at a few threads already but still not sure what to do. Just looked at my credit file and have been giving another default from 3G! i told them i wanted to cancel my contract 8 months ago but kept sending me billss didnt pay so it went to a debt agency paid in full last month was showing settled fine looked the night now changed to default! have one from vodafone from 4 years ago 2! what letter template do i need for this because there is so many out there just confuses me lol! Also is vodafone one worth trying to? thanks for help. :grin:
